The state pays subsidies along several lines. The largest is farming: the State Fund Agriculture is Bulgaria's paying agency for the EU Common Agricultural Policy (CAP), and it is the one with the most detail here — across financial years 2015–2017, 2021–2025. Below it are the other streams: to municipalities, for the railways, for cinema and for the parties.
Who receives the money
Largest recipients — companies ranked by the amount received, each with its own profile, so subsidies can be read alongside the same firm's public contracts and EU funds.
By scheme — from basic income support to investment measures, eco-schemes and emergency aid.
Untraceable recipients — around 40% of the money sits on rows with no ЕИК. That does not mean „individuals": those rows include unmistakable companies and municipalities. It means the payments cannot be attributed to a specific recipient.
Concentration and links
Concentration — how the money splits between the top 10, the top 11–100, the top 101–1000 and every other firm. A small group takes a disproportionate share of the legal-entity money.
Politically linked — recipients where a public figure holds a role recorded in the Commerce Registry or the non-profit register. A recorded role: not ownership, and not an irregularity.
Across other programmes — the same firms in public procurement and in ИСУН. The three kinds of money are shown separately because they are on different bases and are never summed.
