Paid, not contracted. This is what the Fund actually transferred in the given financial year; a row is one payment under one scheme, not a farm's annual income — one recipient can hold several rows for a single year.
The recipients include state bodies, not only farmers — irrigation companies, the Fund itself under technical-assistance measures, advisory services. So the largest amounts in the ranking do not necessarily describe the largest farms.
