A ranking of every company with an ЕИК that received a payment from the State Fund Agriculture in the selected period — ordered by amount, with its registered province and payment count.
Payments to natural persons are published with a name and a province but no stable identifier, so they cannot be attributed to a recipient: merging two namesakes is a guess, and splitting them understates.
