Farm subsidies — coverage and sources

Every figure in this section comes from two public registers of the State Fund Agriculture. This page says what is in them and what is not — so a gap in the source is not read as a gap in the payments.

Missing years

Covered: 2015–2017, 2021–2025. 2014, 2018, 2019 and 2020 are missing: the open-data portal has no tables for the first three and returns zero rows for 2020. That is a gap in the source, not in the payments — which is why the by-year charts show a break.

Two registers, one series

2015-2023 come from the open-data portal, 2024-2025 from the Fund's e-services register. They do not behave alike: until 2023 companies almost always carry an ЕИК, while from 2024 a substantial share of corporate payments is published without one. That is why the rise in untraceable money must not be read directly as a change in who receives it.

Three more things

  • Paid, not contracted — a row is one payment under one scheme for one financial year, not a farm's annual income.
  • The Fund itself is outside the rankings — its payments are technical assistance and public storage, not farm support received.
  • The province is the recipient's, not the land's — for a company that is its registered seat.
