The money outside procurement

The budget of the Ministry of Transport and Communications, the annual state subsidy for the railways — for passenger services and for the infrastructure — and what it is per passenger.

The bodies' EU funds on the grant basis: €2.3bn over the whole programme period. Without the digital-infrastructure project (communications) — it is outside the sector. Transport spending against the EU is the whole of general government, road building and municipal metros included. Each of these sums is on its own basis and is never added to public procurement.
