The state transport group — the Ministry of Transport and Communications, НКЖИ (rail infrastructure), БДЖ (passenger and freight), the Port Infrastructure company, БУЛАТСА (air navigation), Sofia Airport, the Danube waterway agency and the maritime, aviation and railway administrations — is one of the country's largest awarders.
