Transport

The public procurement of 16 bodies under the Ministry of Transport and Communications — the ministry, the National Railway Infrastructure Company (NRIC), Bulgarian State Railways (BDZ), the Bulgarian Ports Infrastructure Company, air-traffic control (BULATSA), the airports and the regulators: €7.19bn over 5624 contracts in 2011–2026. The total is the contracts' current value after annexes.

89% of the value is for the railways, counting the ministry's contracts for rail services and rolling stock as rail. 38% of contracts with a known bid count drew a single bid — against 42% across all buyers. €1.14bn are contracts between MTC bodies themselves, TSV EAD included, and stay inside the state group.

Road infrastructure (the Road Infrastructure Agency, RIA) is a separate sector and is not included.
