One ЕИК can appear in three different registers: State Fund Agriculture subsidies, public procurement, and EU funds under ИСУН. From any one of them alone that is invisible. Here are the 3,910 recipients that are also ИСУН beneficiaries and the 764 that hold a public contract; 348 are in all three.
Their bases differ: subsidy is money paid in the selected period, contracts are awarded value all-time (awarded, not necessarily paid), and EU funds are a contracted grant — the public part, excluding the beneficiary's own co-financing. Adding them would combine one paid figure with two promised ones across three different windows, so there is no total.
Only the subsidy column follows the selected period — the other two registers carry no CAP financial year.
Holding both a grant and a subsidy is ordinary: the two fund different things and a modernising farm will have both. What is useful is that the same company can be seen in more than one register at once.
