The same quantity as the EIK arm — the grant — over a different, wider population. These rows are reached by matching the beneficiary's name against a culture word, guarded against „аквакултури“ and „изкуствен интелект“. It is a rule, not a score: no row carries a confidence grade.
This page shows the split by programme, and the first bar is nearly the whole arm: the Recovery and Resilience Facility. So this is not a broad mix of European culture programmes but mostly one instrument paying читалища.
One organisation can be spelled two ways, so these projects sit over fewer organisations than distinct names. Conversely, an institution with no culture word in its name is absent even though it is in the register.
