One row here is an ИСУН project, and the figure is the grant — what the public purse paid. These rows are reached by an exact EIK match against the sector register, so anyone with the register and the corpus can reproduce them.
Only the institutions whose EIK is in the register. Читалища — culture's widest stream by recipient count — carry no EIK in that list and are absent: they are reachable only by NAME, on the neighbouring arm. Nor is this arm wholly contained by it: the page says how many EIK-listed projects carry no culture word in their name.
The other streams — ИСУН by name, Interreg and ДФЗ — come from different registers on different bases, and their figures do NOT add to this one. See the overview.
