The investment programme

The list of projects the budget act appropriates money for — Annex III to the State Budget Law.

This is a plan, not spending

Everything on this page is an appropriation in law. Nothing here says a project was built, started, or that the money left the treasury. The other pages in this section compare plan against outturn; this one has no outturn side at all, because the source publishes none.

One year, and a leaderboard

  • The programme exists for 2025 only in this corpus, so there is no trend and no year-on-year claim to make.
  • 50 of 3,065 projects are shown — 20.81% of the money. That is a leaderboard, not the programme; summing the visible column gives you a fifth of it.
