Cost per kilometre

A unit cost is shown only for physical-works contracts with a parsed segment and a real value — most contracts carry no defensible cost per kilometre and are deliberately not unit-costed. A corridor median is published from at least three such contracts.

Beside it — a comparison with the World Bank (ROCKS), Bulgarian, Romanian and Greek reference levels, and the money split by kind of work: construction, repair, maintenance, bridges, tunnels, markings.
