Contracted is the value of the contracts including the beneficiary's own co-financing, so it exceeds the grant. Paid is what has actually been disbursed under them.
Some beneficiaries are recorded by name only, with no EIK. Those have no company page to link to and cannot be reconciled against the Commerce Registry.
The „linked to an MP" label is a signal to check, not a conclusion: it marks an EIK match against a declared interest, not an irregular contract.
